The trainer is equipped with a 2-inch tubular steel frame, a 2-inch foam padded seat that adjusts to three positions, and a set of elastic stretch bands (three on each side) that combine to offer several levels of resistance: 5 pounds, 12 pounds, 17 pounds, 20 pounds, 25 pounds, and 37 pounds. Once assembled, the machine lets you perform up to 10 targeted workouts and 39 total exercises, all detailed in a series of five illustrated workout programs. As a bonus, the machine folds flat for easy storage under a bed or in a closet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ORDERING THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE! VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP! PARTS MISSING AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SUPPORT! RETURNING THIS TRASH WAS ALMOST AS COSTLY AS THE INITIAL PURCHASE! DO NOT BUY!

I purchased this item on December 9th. It came in a fair amount of time. That is not my issue. What is my issue is that It came with NONE of the pieces needed to actually put it together (screws, bolts, nuts.. etc..basically items numbers 24-58 on the INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER list) For WEEKS now, I have been trying to get them to call me back and complete my order. I got through to someone ONCE. I was then mailed 12 pieces of one of the many missing items. Of that kind, I needed 16!! HAHA! Are you kidding me??? Is this how to do business?? I am making it my full time job to complain to everyone, until my order get completed, starting now.

THIS IS A EXCELLENT PRODUCT. I AM 67 YEARS OLD AND THIS EXERCISE MACHINE IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. IT WAS VERY SIMPLE TO SET UP. TOOLS ARE INCLUDED EVEN. IT IS EASY TO USE FOR BOTH MY WIFE AND MYSELF. WE HAVE HAD IT A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AND USE IT DAILY. THE BIGGEST THING THAT WE HAVE NOTICED SO FAR IS HOW MUCH BETTER WE FEEL AND HOW MUCH MORE ENERGY WE HAVE. THE EXCERSIES A VERY SIMPLE TO DO AND THERE ARE MANY TO CHOOSE FROM. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT.

First off, I'm a huge fan and admirer or Cory Everson and have always respected her ethics and dedication. I originally had the same exact product made by Gold's Gym and used it for over 20 years and had hunted around for months before I came across this on amazon quite by accident. It's EXACTLY like the one I had -- I've always liked it because it folds up and can be stored out of the way but is still a very hearty piece of equipment for working out hard. It's slightly less better quality than the Gold's Gym I had, but so far any issues have been incredibly minor and addressable. One thing they don't tell you in the description is that SOME assembly is required; it's actually mostly put together and you have to put on some of the parts yourself. I'm a 53 year old woman and it literally took me less than 30 minutes to assemble it. And since the bands are new, I'm getting a whole new workout again; my old one had stretched out for the most part and I had to do lots of reps to get a workout in.
In any event, I do recommend the product; it does exactly what you need it to do and provides a good challenge with the varying resistance of the bands.

My husband and I are seniors, and we live in a small house. This machine is excellent for us, as it gives us a good workout, with smooth motion through all of the exercises. The workout cards are easy to follow and understand. It does not take up much space and is easy to fold up, and light enough to move around easily. It is well build and sturdy to use. It comes complete with everything you need to do the exercises. We were able to order spare parts from Cory Everson's website. Amazon was excellent with shipping we had it within a few days of ordering.
