If you have the ISO7x you should definitely get these. They help out a lot and the bands don't cut into your hands. The only thing is each side of the ISO7x has 2 bands, but you only get 2 grips. If you want to do an exercise with both bands and you wrap the grip around them (its a very tight fit) then you won't be able to do single-band exercises. Wish they had included 4 bands instead of two. Otherwise, these do what they're supposed to.
