I bought these rings after a lot of searching on-line for gymnastics rings for my 9 year old. He has a pull-up bar in his doorway and I hung these from the bar. Of course he can't do swings or anything like that, but he can practice some of the still moves. They are very sturdy and well worth the 40 bucks I paid for them.

These rings are great! I use them for CrossFit training and find that the portability of this particular product makes working out while traveling so much more convenient. The rings are constructed well and the accompanying straps are easy to adjust and appear safe for larger people. Fast shipment.
